We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

• UK standard delivery — £1.49. Free on all orders over £12 (and free with the 5-bracelet stack).
• Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• In stock — orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Karmi Laven piece. If it isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition.
• To start a return, email hello@karmilaven.com with your order number.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• All our bracelets are returnable within 14 days when unworn and in original condition.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
